The laser cutting machine needs powerful power to ensure the stability of the work. Because of the high voltage access, the ground wire is an important link in the process of use, but it is often easy to ignore. The bad shell grounding may lead to leakage, leading to personal safety hazards. So how does grounding work?
Preparation before grounding:
1. The grounding device must be 2-4 x1500 mm x 35 degrees away from any damp place around the house, with a distance of 1 meter for each section, and then use 3 × The 30mm flat iron guide rail is excavated every time to form a good grounding network.
2. When the ground connection is completed, the ground resistance of the ground resistance shall be measured with an instrument. The standard resistance is 3 to 5 ohms.
3. As shown in. After measuring the resistance, connect one end of the rvv2.5mm2 copper core wire to the lead end of the grounding network and directly insert it into the ground hole of the socket used by the laser cutting machine.
Installation steps:
1. First, find a wet place in the home, dig 1.5 square meters * 300 mm soil surface, and then use the prepared angle earth, 2 x 30 mm flat iron and 7 mm hole welding connection or screw connection, resulting in 1.8 meters high ground, clean soil cemetery.
2. Use a measuring instrument to measure the grounding resistance of the measuring network.
3. Drill an 8mm hole on the top of the iron, file it around the hole, and then apply a layer of pituitary gland to tighten the iron wire and flat iron.
4. Lead the wire into the user's trunking and add a safe grounding wire in the power grid.
