Technical analysis of anti-freezing protection measures for laser cutting machine in winter:

First of all, let's understand the basic principle of anti-freezing of laser cutting machine is to make the coolant in the laser cutting machine not reach the "freezing point". In daily use, we need to pay attention to the following:

1. Cold area: do not turn off the water cooler after the laser cutting machine does not work

After the laser cutting machine does not work, in order to ensure that the power supply is not cut off (except for power failure), do not turn off the water chiller to keep the refrigerant circulating and in the same state. The normal temperature can be adjusted to about 10 ℃. In this way, the coolant temperature cannot reach the freezing point, so the laser cutting machine will not be damaged.

2. During long shutdown: discharge the coolant from the laser cutting machine

Drain the coolant in all parts of the equipment through the water outlet of the laser cutting machine and inject pure gas to ensure that there is no coolant in the whole circulating water cooling system, so that the machine will not damage the laser cutting at low temperature.

3. Indoor freezing cold area: add antifreeze to the laser cutting machine

Add antifreeze to the equipment, but you should choose the antifreeze with good reputation, otherwise the antifreeze will contain impurities, and sticking to the laser tube and other components will also damage the equipment. It is recommended to use the Antifreeze N of Clariant. The addition ratio is 3:7 (3 is antifreeze, 7 is water). After adding antifreeze, it can resist - 20 ℃ without freezing.

It should be noted that after adding antifreeze, it can only ensure that the water will not freeze at - 20 ℃, but it cannot be said that the water cooler can work normally at very cold temperatures. The normal working temperature of our water cooler should be higher than 5 ℃. The cold start temperature must be higher than 10C.

Special reminder: any antifreeze can not completely replace deionized water and cannot be used for a long time. After winter, the pipes shall be cleaned with deionized water or purified water, and deionized water or purified water shall be used as refrigerant. Cold weather may cause irreparable damage to the optical components of the laser. Remind you that the laser should be stored and used in strict accordance with the storage temperature and working temperature specified in the laser manual to avoid causing trouble.
