First, check the water circulation system of the laser cutting machine to see whether there is water leakage in the outlet pipe. If the water outlet pipe is normal, check whether there is water in the outermost layer of the carbon dioxide laser pipe. This is because the laser tube may explode due to the high water temperature (due to the customer).
If there is no water on the outer layer of the laser tube, let's check the laser power supply. There is a red button on the laser power supply. Press to see if there is light. If the light is on, it may be the fault of the water protection device. At this time, we ask the customer to check whether the outlet of the water protection is blocked, and then clean the water protection. It's better to wash with water (our Longtai Laser's water protection is on the water outlet pipe inside the machine, which is a black plastic cylinder with two black signal lines). There are two black signal lines on it. At this time, pay attention to the water protection of the water inlet, and do not invert it, otherwise the laser tube will be damaged. The second method is to short-circuit the laser power supply on the PG (connect it with a wire), but check the water circulation at this time. The water protection does not work to avoid damage to the laser tube. If there is still no lamp, it means that the laser power supply is broken, and the manufacturer should replace it.
Second, the reason why the light using laser tubes is getting weaker and weaker.
A. Check the water circulation of the laser machine. If the water flow is not circulating, turn off the power and check whether the water pump or water cooler plug is plugged in.
B. Check whether the ammeter of the laser cutting machine is normal. If it is normal, please contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If the ammeter is abnormal, please contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
Finally: Start using all the things normally, and turn it on the next day, there will be no lights.
A. Check the water circulation of the laser cutting machine to see if it is normal.
B. Check the ammeter of the laser cutting machine. According to the "light", check whether the pointer of the ammeter can be hit and whether the pointer of the ammeter is lower than 5mA, indicating that the power supply is broken. Find the manufacturer to replace or repair it.
C. If the ammeter does not move, check whether our laser switch is turned on. If it is turned on, press the absolute button on the laser power supply to check the current pointer. If the pointer moves and is less than 5mA, the laser power supply is interrupted, or the maximum light intensity and minimum light intensity in the software are emphasized to be 50%. Then press to see whether the pointer of the ammeter is 10 ≤ 12mA. If not, it is a problem with the laser power supply or the motherboard.
If the pointer of the electric energy meter indicates normally, check whether there is light in the laser tube. If there is light in the tube, but the light does not come out, the laser tube will be damaged. The inspection method is to stick the adhesive tape to the first mirror, and then shoot light to see if there is light burning on the adhesive paper. If there is no sign that the laser tube does not work, please contact the manufacturer of the laser cutting machine for replacement.
