2、 Mechanical structure.
1. Mechanical beam and guide rail. The beam bears various components such as laser, optical path system, Z-axle box, electric cabinet, pipeline, etc. The rigidity of the beam is the guarantee for the smooth operation of the cutting machine.

4. Equal optical path system. In order to ensure the stability of cutting quality, an equal optical path system is installed on the beam to ensure that the cutting quality is consistent at any point of cutting.
5. Workbench. The cutting workbench is installed in the two longitudinal guide rails to facilitate the free movement of the cutting machine on the workbench to complete the cutting task.
6. Control system. The control of laser cutting machine is based on the special control system for laser cutting developed by the company. The 840D system has a modular, open and unified structure, and is convenient for operation, programming, visualization and other functions. Together with the closed loop control system full digital servo, and supplemented by the automation system, it provides a perfect NC system that is suitable for complex machining and has a high dynamic level and accuracy.
2、 Auxiliary system. The operation of the laser cutting machine is inseparable from the auxiliary production system. Cutting requires various auxiliary production systems such as gas, cooling water and compressed air.
1. Cross beam. The laser of gantry laser cutting machine is loaded on the beam of the machine tool. The rigidity of the beam determines the stability of the cutting machine. The better the rigidity, the more stable the operation. When the rigidity of the beam increases, the weight of the beam also increases, the acceleration performance of the cutter decreases, and the operating efficiency decreases. In the design and production of the beam, we must make overall plans and optimize the contradiction between speed and stability, both to ensure the stability of the cutting machine and not to let the acceleration of the cutting machine drop too much. The beam is designed as a whole by using the finite element analysis method, and the support type steel structure with large cross-sectional area is used. This structure has the characteristics of large rigidity and light weight, which greatly improves the stability and acceleration performance of the machine. At the same time, the supporting area of the machine is increased. In addition to the core laser, it can also load a large number of pipelines and processing tools. This structure has excellent rigidity, and the deviation is very small after a long time of operation, thus ensuring the quality of processed products.
The beam has good rigidity and stable operation, so the product processing quality can be guaranteed. The beam originally carries the laser, optical path, water and electrical pipeline, Z-axle box, cutting head, motor and electrical cabinet, etc. On this basis, make some improvements, and add a set of light path switching mechanism and Z-axle box. A parabolic focusing mirror is installed in the lifting mechanism of the Z axle box, and the corresponding air and water paths are added to form the mechanical structure of the Longtai optical fiber metal laser cutting machine.
2. Control. Through the special control system for laser cutting, a 3D coordinate system is added to the original cutting coordinate system to control the laser cutting head and the fixture on the laser pipe cutting machine. During production and processing, execute the corresponding control program to interactively control the laser plate cutting part and the pipe cutting machine, so as to realize the function expansion of plate cutting and pipe cutting.
3. Workbench. Extend the longitudinal guide rail of the machine tool, and add a pipe cutting workbench in the extended guide rail. The pipe cutting machine is equipped with corresponding clamps, which are used to control the loosening and clamping of parallel clamps to fix the pipes to be cut.
2. Laser cutting. First, the wide width workpiece to be cut shall be drawn with CAD, and the NC machine code program shall be generated with FASTCAM software. The program shall be uploaded to the CNC of the laser cutting and welding machine.
Secondly, cut the sample with scrap plates of the same thickness, and debug the cutting parameters such as power, speed, focus, air pressure, etc.
Finally, lift the welded plates to the cutting workbench, and use the uploaded program and adjusted cutting parameters for cutting.
Before the large-scale CNC laser cutting machine with wide width is improved, when cutting wide panel materials, small pieces of plates must be manually welded together or another automatic welding equipment must be installed for welding, and then moved to the cutting workbench for cutting. The purchase of a separate pipe cutting machine requires large investment, takes up space, requires special personnel to operate, and costs are high. Manual welding is characterized by long welding cycle, large number of personnel and low efficiency. No matter manual welding or automatic welding, special personnel are required to grind the welds, and the production efficiency is not high. After the above improvements are made to the cutting machine, the production efficiency is greatly improved.
