The daily maintenance of metal optical fiber laser cutting machine is very important, especially the machine needs to be cleaned regularly. Due to the high working intensity of the equipment, regular maintenance and cleaning of the equipment can not only improve the work efficiency, but also extend the service life of the equipment. How do we carry out the cleaning of metal laser cutting machines in our daily life?

1、 Maintenance of metal laser cutting machine: replace the internal circulating cooling distilled water or deionized water of the optical fiber cutting machine every month, and carefully clean the dirt or rust when cleaning the water tank;

2、 Dedusting and cleaning the reflector collecting cavity every half a year to ensure that there is no scale and foreign matters in the cavity;

3、 Before using the metal optical fiber laser cutter every day, please open the cover of the optical system and carefully check the optical lens for dust and water mist. If there is dust, please use a clean special cleaning cloth for lenses (note: you must use a clean and dry special cleaning cloth for lenses) or blow off the dust with an ear wash ball to avoid damaging the lens and ensure that the laser output energy will not be lost;

4、 The method for cleaning the lens of metal optical fiber laser cutting machine: take the lens off the machine frame, hold the outer round surface of the lens with your left hand, dip the cleaning solution with your right hand from top to bottom with a cotton swab, and gently wipe it with a cotton swab (Note: make sure that the cotton swab absorbs as little cleaning solution as possible to facilitate rapid evaporation and prevent it from flowing into the equipment).

5、 Methods for cleaning the laser of metal fiber laser cutting machine:

(1) Turn on the "main switch" on the control panel, and then turn off the "power" and "standby" buttons. The cutting machine is now in the pipe machine state. Take a plane mirror, place it on the side of the laser crystal rod sleeve, and observe whether there are foreign matters on the surface of the "fiber laser generator" through the plane mirror (Note: Do not use the plane mirror to observe the laser when the laser cutter is working, otherwise, the laser will seriously harm the operator's eyes!).

(2) If there is foreign matter or dust on the surface of the laser, please clean it with a cotton swab stained with cleaning solution or blow it away with ear ball. Note: If the cleaning solution is used for cleaning, the optical fiber laser cutting machine can only be started after the cleaning solution evaporates. Otherwise, the equipment will be seriously damaged.

(3) In general, the above maintenance will not cause major failures of the optical system. If there is any fault, please contact the manufacturer of the laser cutting machine. The user shall not disassemble the components of the optical system at will to avoid damage.
