The initialization of the optical fiber metal laser cutting machine is incorrect, and the data is sent (correct); Running sequence inversion (reinput); Static interference (check whether the ground line falls off); Clear the edge dislocation, disable the shutdown, and check that the software parameters are set correctly (reset); Computer system error reinstallation; Check whether the left belt is consistent or too loose; These may cause abnormal device reset.
To sum up, the reasons for the abnormal reset of the optical fiber metal laser cutting machine include:
1、 The movement direction of the x axis and y axis is wrong, and they collide with the side end. For this phenomenon, you must check whether the device motherboard parameters are correct, and check whether the motherboard parameter settings are correct.
2、 Check whether the control panel of the optical fiber laser cutting machine displays abnormally. After the x-axis and y-axis are fixed, you can try to pull the sensor terminal of the motherboard to see whether the machine acts. If there is any abnormality, you will consider replacing the sensor.
3、 After attempting to reset the beam of the optical fiber cutting machine to normal, reset and fix the X axis of the laser cutting machine. It may be that the motor wire or motor shaft is broken. In this case, the motor wire or small motor shaft should be replaced.
4、 When the reset is in the correct direction, but the top x-axis or y-axis cannot be stopped (see the motherboard parameters first), if the motherboard parameters are correct, check whether the motherboard or sensor is damaged. If there is an exception that needs to be replaced, use the troubleshooting method to find the root cause of the problem.
