Key points for using laser cutting machine on exchange platform

1、 Normal switch.

Switch: first turn on the regulated power supply, then turn on the water cooling, air compressor, cold dryer, numerical control, laser, high-purity nitrogen cylinder (the control pressure of the pressure reducing valve is about 0.5MKA), and finally turn on the operation panel. The first thing after starting is to return to zero. In the process of returning to zero, you must first determine whether the emergency stop is released, whether the alarm is turned off, and then return to zero. If the alarm needs to reset the alarm during the process of returning to zero, and then return to zero, if it stops or returns to zero before the return to zero operation is completed, enter SIEMENS → Startup → NCKReset → YES to restart, wait until all the red lights on the hand are on, and then press SETZERO to return to zero, Or turn off the main control computer and restart it before returning to zero. (Enter the user name: OEM: enter the working interface S1stem32)

Standby: When the equipment needs to be temporarily shut down, it can be adjusted to the standby state, HVON can be turned off, and the emergency stop switch can be pressed.

Shut down: lower the high voltage, shut down the laser, close the operation panel, water cooling, cold dryer, laser electrical cabinet, numerical control electrical cabinet, exhaust fan, stabilized power supply, and shut down all gas cylinders.

In addition, air compressors and freezers need to be drained every day. If they operate 24 hours, they should be drained at least once every 6 hours. In summer, when the air is humid, they should be drained every 4 hours.

Skillfully operate the machine tool for production and master the cutting process of various materials.

First copy the program, then adjust the cutting parameters of the corresponding materials and thicknesses, replace the corresponding nozzles, grind the center, adjust the focus, and confirm that the correct gases in the program have been turned on before cutting. For the typing center, you need to practice more and master the feel to type faster.

Spray nozzle: 1.0 for carbon steel below 6MM, 1.5 for carbon steel below 8MM, and 2.0 for carbon steel below 12MM. Generally speaking, we use 2.0 nozzles for stainless steel with a size of less than 4MM, and 2.5 nozzles for stainless steel with a size of more than 5MM. The carbon steel cutting we use is double ended, and the stainless steel cutting is single ended.

Gas cutting: the oxygen pressure is controlled by numerical control technology, but the outlet pressure at one side of the pressure reducing valve is controlled to not exceed 0.5MPA (otherwise, the electronic valve cannot be opened), and the maximum nitrogen pressure is not more than 25kg.

The unqualified stainless steel shall be perforated with nitrogen, and the unqualified 4MM or carbon steel shall be perforated with oxygen. When cutting stainless steel more than 3MM, it is better to dig small holes before cutting after drilling, and the drilling radius is defined in the parameters. Nitrogen pressure for cutting stainless steel below 2MM is 8kg, for cutting 3MM, 4MM stainless steel is 10kg, for 5MM, 6MM stainless steel is 12kg, and for cutting 8MM stainless steel is 15kg. If stainless steel is cut with oxygen, it can be cut as carbon steel.

Cutting: Before cutting, adjust the focus position to the best position (a reference value is recorded in the notepad in the expert database). You can find the material with the same thickness as cutting, and then cut the product after adjusting to the best state. For the tool compensation in cutting, if the tool compensation is used, the left tool compensation shall be used. The principle of inside reverse and outside forward shall be followed. Before cutting, try to cut a small square, adjust the Kerf inside the cutting parameters, and then cut;

Change every "G41" in the program to "; G41", when cutting non-metallic materials, mechanical sensors shall be used.

Laser gas exchange: the laser needs to change the gas every 72 hours. When the GASCHANGEINMAX24h alarm is seen on the laser, it means that the laser needs to change the gas. At this time, just lower the high pressure, open the cylinder, and press F7 → F6 → F2 → F7 on the laser cabinet to achieve gas exchange (note that LASERON must be turned on during this process). Wait for a few minutes, and then close the cylinder after the gas exchange is completed. When GASCHANGEINMAX24h appears 24 hours later, this alarm laser can still be used normally for 24 hours, but try to see this alarm and replace the gas, so that the beam quality is safer.

3、 Use SHAPE programming software.

Program: After CAD drawing is completed, reset the drawing to zero and use the Dxf format. Input the CAD drawing, change the tool first, add the leader, restore the drawing, reorder, and finally save the n file generation program. If necessary, save it in the file.

Font design: font can be designed first in CAD and then programmed, or single font can be processed (leader, sorting, combined fonts) in SHAPE, saved as a file, and then font can be designed in software to generate programs.

Crop length: import the graphics to be cropped into the software, and save the e file to know the crop length.

4、 Maintenance.

Pay attention to the cleaning of the focusing lens, and clean it frequently. The external optical path should be adjusted once a month if it is found to be biased. The reflector should be cleaned regularly every three months. In case of any pollution, it should also be cleaned in time. Machines, water-cooled equipment and lasers shall be regularly maintained according to the maintenance requirements in the operation manual to make the equipment in the best condition. In addition, the laser after-sales service department will maintain the laser every 2000 hours to maintain the best condition.

Air compressor maintenance:

(1) Check the position of oil tank (3/4) before starting every day, and discharge waste water after shutdown.

Clean the cooling network (air blower) and air filter twice a week.

III. Clean the air cooler in the oil cooler every 1000 hours.

Check the belt tightness and adjust it every 1000 hours.

5 Replace the special air filter oil filter compressor oil every 4000 hours.

6. The temperature shall not exceed 110 ℃ (80~90 ℃) when the machine is running

VII. The number of motor starts per hour shall not exceed 20.

8、 Do not use emergency stop for non emergency situations.

9、 The blade running counterclockwise is not connected reversely.

Description of freeze dryer:

Leave a distance of 50 cm around the primary cooling dryer.

2. The indoor temperature shall not exceed 35 ℃.

Discharge sewage every day.

Clean the vent once every four weeks (open it with an air gun)

5 Clean the filter every month (soft brush soap water)

5、 Safety and protection.

Fire fighting: The cutter shall be provided with oxygen. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cutter area, especially near the oxygen bottle, to avoid danger and unnecessary damage.

Laser: When striking the center, attention must be paid to making sure that people take their hands off before lighting; When adjusting the external light path, it must be ensured that no one can stand in the light path range; When adjusting the light, the operator must also pay attention to ensure that the human light will not hit people before lighting, and the power and time of the light adjustment should be controlled within a reasonable range (the central power is generally 50~100W, and the light output time is 0.1~0.3S; when adjusting the external light path, the light output power and time should be controlled at 100~300W, and the light output time should be controlled at 0.3~0.5S). After the external light path is adjusted, all protective covers must be installed before cutting. In the process of air exchange, first remove the high pressure, and then immediately close the mixing gas cylinder and the laser door. The laser electric cabinet door cannot be opened at will, nor can you touch the internal lines and electronic components with your hands at will.

Handover desk: try not to use the automatic handover desk. Make sure that people do not stand inside the handover desk and that the cutting head has been lifted. If there is an emergency on the handover desk, stop the handover desk immediately or take a picture of the emergency stop.
