3. Servo motor parameters. Many parameters of the servo motor are related to the circular arc movement. If the parameters are not appropriate, and the x and y axis movements do not match, elliptical or irregular shapes will appear in the cutting circular hole.

4. The precision of lead screw or guide rail is insufficient. The technical strength and worker level of some small factories are not high, and the precision of the laser cutting machine produced is less than 0.1mm, so the precision of the round hole cut is also not up to the requirements.
