When the laser cutting machine is in use, if the light suddenly fails to come out, if the pointer of the power meter indicates normally, check whether the laser tube has light. If there is light in the tube, but the light does not come out, the laser tube of the optical fiber laser cutting machine may be damaged. According to the usual customer problems, briefly summarize the solutions for everyone:
1. Check whether the water alternates normally, and let the water alternates normally. If the water guarantee fails, the water guarantee can be used in short circuit;
2. Click the preset point to check whether the ammeter swings. If it does not, use the ammeter to check whether the laser power supply is powered on at 220V. If it does not, the power supply may fail and need to be replaced;
3. You can also test the ground wire and water guarantee on the power supply to see if the water guarantee is broken, and check the output power. If there is light, the potentiometer is broken and needs to be replaced;
4. If the main program does not light up, the connecting card can use an electricity meter to measure whether there is a DC voltage of more than 3v between angle 15 (H) or 16 (L) and angle 14. If there is, it indicates that the card is normal, and there is no possibility that the card signal is difficult;
5. There is a noise in the laser power supply, which usually means that the power connector is not in contact, and then re weld or connect, and blow the dust in the power supply.
If the laser cutting machine can not emit light after starting according to the light output conditions of different operations
1. Check whether the laser power switch of the machine is turned on;
2. Check whether the light output signal, control signal and water protection signal of the chiller are normal;
3. Check the laser tube for normal light output; Weak light (purple) is abnormal, and normal light is pink; Whether the water flow of laser tube is normal;
4. Check whether the optical path is normal. Press the light to check whether the laser tube is on. If it is on but the laser head is not, the optical path is difficult;
5. Check whether the key panel light is normal, whether the mechanical operation panel and power are correct, or whether the computer software parameters are correct;
6. Check whether the laser power supply fan is running. If it is not running, replace the power supply;
7. Check whether the laser tube and the laser power supply are normal when the light is emitted directly from the laser power signal; If there is still no light, it means that the laser power supply is broken, and it needs to be replaced;
8. Whether the voltage is lower than 200V.
