1. Select the correct installation method of optical fiber head. Most installers are quite casual when assembling the cutting head, which makes the installation direction of the optical fiber head tilt, causing careless installation. During the installation, we should try to keep the optical fiber head installed in the cutting head horizontally and locked. In addition, dust shall be avoided during installation, and the operation shall be conducted in a clean environment or in the morning to prevent dust from entering the laser head.
2. For the sealing property of cutting head, even if it is produced according to German technology, it is not possible to guarantee the complete sealing property. Moreover, in the later stage of operation, due to the temperature difference between the interior (relatively high temperature) and the exterior (relatively low temperature) of the cutting head, the imbalance of air pressure and other reasons, dust will enter the cutting head, which will affect its life. Then, the feasible method is to install the respiratory system to maintain the stability of the internal air pressure of the cutting head.
3. Due to the relatively large volume of the protective mirror box, particles are inevitably mixed in the process of replacement. Therefore, when replacing the protective mirror box, be sure to speed up, and use tape or other films to seal the window when quickly removing the mirror box, and carefully complete the replacement.
4. Select qualified protective mirror and "O" type sealing rubber ring to ensure the sealing of cutting head to the greatest extent and prevent dust particles from entering.
5. When operating and using the laser cutting machine, be sure to operate correctly in strict accordance with the equipment instructions and requirements. Reduce the impact of improper operation on the cutting head.
6. The cutting head should be kept clean and dry as far as possible and cleaned regularly.
7. First of all, laser cutting technology can be divided into four categories: vaporization cutting, melting cutting, oxidation melting cutting and controlled fracture cutting. Never handle the lens of the laser cutting machine directly by hand, because skin grease will cause long-term damage to the lens surface. No matter what method is used to clamp the protective lens of the laser cutting machine, it can only be clamped along the non optical surface, such as the frosted edge of the plaque edge.
2. In general, before use and before and after cleaning, it is necessary to check the protection of the lens of the laser cutting machine. 3. When cleaning the protective lens of the laser cutting machine, always use clean wiping paper and optical grade solvent to prevent damage by other pollutants. Wiping paper must be moistened with appropriate solvent, and must not be used dry. In consideration of softness, the available wiping paper is cotton wiping paper or cotton ball, lens paper, cotton swab and other applicators.
The daily maintenance and cleaning of the laser head protective mirror will greatly reduce its loss.
