The machine tool must be located on the same continuous and flat ground. In this way, the machine level should be adjusted. At the same time, the ground should be dry and not wet;
2. The foundation shall be stable without large vibration. If there is vibration, the foundation vibration amplitude shall be less than 40um, and the vibration acceleration shall be less than 0.04g. Attention shall be paid to that there shall be no punch and other impact equipment near the installation location of the machine. If there is such equipment, the foundation shall be shockproof treatment to avoid the impact of punch and other equipment vibration on the cutting process of the optical fiber laser cutting machine;
3. The working environment of optical fiber laser cutting machine should be smoke-free and dust-free, and there should be no large amount of metal dust;
4. The temperature of the electric cabinet supplying power to the optical fiber laser cutting machine needs to be controlled at 10-35 ° C and the humidity is lower than 70%. The temperature of the power control cabinet needs to be 10-30 ° C and the humidity is less than 70%, which cannot reach the temperature that needs to be adjusted by installing an air conditioner;
5. If the machine is equipped with dust collection equipment, it is good to place it next to the machine. If it is just an exhaust fan, it is recommended that the exhaust fan be installed at a distance of no more than 4 meters from the machine to avoid affecting the dust removal effect;
6. According to the position of the waste truck under the machinery and equipment, leave space on the side of the waste truck to facilitate the access of the waste truck.
