What are the four major reasons for abnormal reset of laser cutting machine?
1. The X axis of the laser cutting machine moves in the opposite direction to the Y axis, and hits the side end. For this phenomenon, check whether the motherboard parameters are wrong, and stop the machine to check whether the motherboard parameter settings are wrong.
2. The control panel of the laser cutting machine displays normally, but the X axis and Y axis do not move. You can try to unplug the sensor terminal of the motherboard to see if the machine operates. In this case, it is necessary to consider replacing the sensor.
3. The beam resets normally, but the X-axis of the laser cutter does not reset. The motor wire or the motor shaft may be broken. In this case, the laser cutter needs to replace the motor wire or small motor.
4. The direction is correct when resetting, but the X axis or Y axis cannot stop at the vertex (check the motherboard parameters first). If it is correct, check the motherboard or sensor, and replace it to eliminate this phenomenon.
We all know that the laser cutting machine is used for cutting process, and will also cut and pierce according to production needs. There are two different modes, one is blasting cutting perforation, the other is pulse cutting perforation. For different materials and processing, these two working methods are common, so what cutting mode should be selected for what materials?
Laser cutting machine 1. Blasting cutting and perforation:
After the material is irradiated by the continuous laser of the laser cutting machine, a pit is formed in the center, and then the molten material is quickly removed by the oxygen flow coaxial with the laser beam to form a hole. The size of general holes is related to the thickness of the plate, and the average diameter of the blasting hole is half of the plate thickness. Therefore, the blasting hole diameter of thicker plates is large and not round, so it is not suitable for use on parts with higher requirements (such as oil screen slit tube), and can only be used on waste materials. In addition, because the oxygen pressure used for perforation is the same as that used for cutting, the spatter is large.
2. Pulse cutting perforation:
Pulse laser with peak power is used to melt or vaporize a small amount of materials. Air or nitrogen is often used as auxiliary gas to reduce the hole expansion due to exothermic oxidation. The gas pressure is lower than the oxygen pressure during cutting. Each pulsed laser only produces a small particle jet, which goes deeper and deeper, so it takes a few seconds for the thick plate to pierce. Once the perforation is completed, replace the auxiliary gas with oxygen for cutting. In this way, the perforation diameter is smaller, and the perforation quality is better than that of blasting perforation. The laser used for this purpose should not only have high output power; Because of the more important time and space characteristics of the light beam, the general transverse flow CO2 laser cannot meet the requirements of laser cutting.
