Only oil-free and anhydrous clean gas with an air pressure of 11 to 16 kg can be used for cutting.
The second gas is oxygen o2, which is the fastest in cutting. It is mainly used for iron plate, carbon steel and cold-rolled plate. Hot rolled steel plate has advantages. The end face of the cutting side is shiny and black, and the end face of the cutting stainless steel is also dark. The surface finish is complete. Generally, it is packaged in a single small bottle and a large one in a tile plated tank. Generally, gas companies provide leasing services. Each bottle takes about half an hour, depending on the actual cutting operation.
The third kind of gas is nitrogen n2. Nitrogen is the cleanest cooling gas for cutting. It is mainly used to cut stainless steel, 202 304 316 and other stainless steel materials. The end surface of the cutting side is white and not black. The surface finish is complete. Generally, it is packaged in a single small bottle and a large plated jar. Generally, gas companies provide leasing services. Each small bottle takes about half an hour. The gas pressure is required to be above 11kg, depending on the actual cutting operation.
