1. Some articles with strong dehumidification performance can be used, such as activated carbon, quicklime or air conditioner;
2. The dust in the electrical cabinet should be cleaned regularly. Because the dust itself is very easy to absorb moisture in the air, regular dedusting can also play a certain role in dehumidification;
3. If there is water vapor on the outside of the electric cabinet, the water vapor on the surface of the electric cabinet shall be wiped off first, and the air conditioner (dehumidification function) shall be turned on for half an hour, then the equipment power shall be turned on, and observation shall be made to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
4. Regularly check the drainage of air compressor, filter element, cold dryer and other components. Avoid the risk of contamination of the cutting head lens and the machine tool gas pipeline due to the failure of the air compressor drainage function.
In wet weather, please pay special attention to anti-static and lightning protection. Staff must not wear slippers, and must always check whether the ground wire is grounded.
