The laser cutting machine is realized by using the high power density energy generated after laser focusing. Under the control of the computer, the controlled repetitive high frequency pulse laser is output by discharging the pulse laser to form a beam with a certain frequency and a certain pulse width. The pulsed laser beam is transmitted and reflected through the optical path and focused on the surface of the processed object through the focusing lens group to form a fine, high-energy density spot, which is located near the surface to be processed to melt or vaporize the processed material at an instant high temperature. A high-energy laser pulse immediately splashes a small hole on the surface of the object. Under the control of the computer, the laser processing cutting head and the material to be processed will conduct continuous relative movement and dot according to the pre designed figure, so that the object will be processed into the desired shape.
Laser welding machine is a new type of welding method, mainly for welding thin wall materials and fine parts, it can complete spot welding, butt welding, overlap welding, seal welding, etc., with high depth width ratio, small weld width, small heat affected zone, small deformation, fast welding speed, flat and beautiful weld, no treatment or simple treatment after welding, high weld quality, no porosity, accurate control, small light spot, and high positioning accuracy, Easy automation. It uses high-energy laser pulses to partially heat the data in a small area, and the energy radiated by the laser is diffused through the heat conduction to guide the internal diffusion of the data, melting the data to form a specific molten pool.
