Laser cutting is a kind of high precision mechanical equipment, which requires strict use. One of the most critical components of cutting laser cutting effect is the installation of laser cutting machine lens. If the components are not installed according to the specified steps, it is easy to cause the cutting center to shift, or even cause the groove edge of the cutter to be misaligned. So what should be paid attention to when installing the laser cutting machine lens?
1. Wash your hands before surgery, preferably with soap or detergent, which is a good habit for the normal operation of the lens of the cutting machine. Do not touch the lens directly with bare hands. Wear special gloves to prevent fingerprints from remaining on the lens and affecting the accuracy.
2. When placing the lens, please keep it stable to prevent the lens from slipping. At the same time, the convex surface of the lens should be placed flat on a stable and clean table. At the same time, please check whether there are sundries on the desktop to avoid confusion or affecting the use environment of the lens.
3. The lens of the optical fiber laser cutting machine shall be carefully moisture-proof. The lens cannot be wiped with traditional air blowing method, nor can the lens be blown with hot air at the same time, so as to avoid sudden heat changes that may damage the lens. The lens is of high precision, and the temperature and humidity are strictly controlled to avoid affecting the lens surface protective film and optical accuracy.
4. After cleaning and dedusting the lens, it is better to clean the lens assembly of the laser cutting machine with a clean air spray gun rather than an ordinary spray gun.
5. The lens of the cutting machine must be kept absolutely clean. Do not directly contact the lens surface with your hands, and strictly prevent other non designated objects from directly contacting the lens surface. When cleaning and maintaining the lens, please use professional wiping paper to gently pull from one side to the other to avoid scratching the lens surface.
