One of the main reasons for the failure of the power supply and module of the fiber laser is the condensation inside the laser. The internal condensation of fiber lasers is closely related to the bad operation habits of fiber lasers. I. Start sequence of optical fiber laser cutting machine:
1. Within the operating range of the machine, check whether there are any factors that affect the safe operation of the machine.
2. Connect the main power supply and each branch control power supply of the optical fiber laser cutting machine.
3. After opening the regulator, check whether the regulator operates normally.
4. Turn on the optical fiber laser power supply and keep its own air conditioner or the internal attemperator of the optical fiber laser cutting machine working for more than 30 minutes.
5. After turning on the fiber laser for 20 minutes, turn on the air compressor and check whether the air compressor operates normally.
6. Open the air regulating valve and the clothes dryer, and check whether the clothes dryer operates normally and whether the air pressure is normal.
7. Open the cutting auxiliary gas control valve according to the cutting needs, and check whether the cutting auxiliary gas pressure is normal.
8. Turn on the machine power, then press the power button to start the machine control system, and return the machine to the original position after the control system starts normally.
9. After turning on the fiber laser and working for about 30 minutes, turn on the cooler and check whether the cooler operates normally.
10. Keep the fiber laser in a high voltage state until the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water in the cooler reaches ± 1 ° C of the set temperature, and check whether the working state of the fiber laser is normal.
11. Open the exhaust fan or dust collector, check whether the working state of the exhaust fan or dust collector is normal, and let the optical fiber laser cutter enter the state to be cut.
II. Shutdown sequence of optical fiber laser cutter
1. Turn off the fan or dust collector
2. Turn off the high voltage of the fiber laser, restore the machine to its original position, and then turn off the control system as required. After turning off the control system, press the power off button to turn off the control system and turn off the main power of the machine.
3. Turn off the chiller.
4. Close the dryer and each pneumatic control valve.
5. Turn off the air compressor.
6. Turn off the regulator.
7. Turn off the power switch of each branch and the main power switch of the fiber laser
Precautions for midway stop operation:
During the start-up process, there were no cutting tasks or breaks longer than 1 hour. It is recommended that the customer turn off the high voltage of the fiber laser instead of turning off the power switch of the fiber laser and turning off the cooler. When the product needs to be cut again, run the cooler. The actual temperature of the cooler is high and low temperature water reaches the set temperature ± 1 ° C, then the high pressure on the fiber laser starts to emit the cutting light.
Note: Do not turn off the power switch of the fiber laser, and the cooler is still running!

III. Quick start operation skills are for reference only
When the customer turns off at night, the power switch of the fiber laser will not turn off, so the air conditioner or internal dehumidifier of the fiber laser is always working, and the power consumption is very small. There is no need to wait 30 minutes to turn on the fiber laser the next day.
IV. Environmental requirements for placing fiber lasers on the customer's site
1. It is recommended that the customer purchase a temperature and humidity meter placed in the optical fiber laser air conditioning room to monitor the temperature and humidity in the air conditioning room.
2. The customer understands the environmental requirements of fiber laser according to the following environmental temperature and environmental relative humidity table. When the laser low-temperature water is set to 22 degrees, the laser ambient temperature (air conditioning room temperature) is lower than 26 degrees, and the laser ambient relative humidity (air conditioning room relative humidity) should be lower than 75%. If the relative humidity of the laser environment (the relative humidity of the air-conditioned room) exceeds 75% (such as 85%), the ambient temperature of the laser (the room temperature of the air-conditioned room) should be adjusted to less than 24 ° C, otherwise there will be a risk of exposure to the inside of the laser. If the intersection value of the laser ambient temperature (air conditioning room temperature) value and the laser ambient relative humidity (air conditioning room relative humidity) value is less than 22, the internal laser will not condense. If it is higher than 22, there is a danger of condensation inside the laser. The customer can improve it by the following methods
Reduce the laser ambient temperature (air conditioning room temperature) value and the laser ambient relative humidity (air conditioning room temperature relative humidity). Or set the refrigeration and dehumidification functions of the air conditioner so that the ambient temperature of the laser does not exceed 26 degrees, and the relative humidity of the environment is less than 60%. The customer is advised to pay attention to the value of each shift of thermometer and hygrometer, so as to find problems in time and prevent risks.

V. Requirements for cooling water of fiber laser
The cooling water of the fiber laser needs to be replaced for three months. The cooling water is Watsons distilled water. The conductivity requirement is 30us/cm to 50us/cm. If the conductivity is greater than 50us/cm, replace the cooling water in time. If the conductivity is less than 30us/cm, tap water can be added to the cooling water. When adding tap water, pay attention to monitoring the conductivity value to avoid exceeding the requirements.
VI. Ensure the enclosure is sealed
The chassis of the fiber laser is sealed. During the operation of the machine, please keep the cabinet airtight to prevent external high temperature and high humidity air from entering the cabinet. Pay attention to the following aspects when checking the tightness of the chassis:
1. Whether the cabinet door is tight; Whether the lifting bolts on the top are tightened; Whether the protective cover of the unused communication control interface at the rear of the chassis is covered, whether the used connector is fixed, and whether the power cable inlet is sealed.
2. If the cabinet door needs to be opened for some reasons during use, the cooler with the open cabinet door needs to be closed. After the cabinet door can be closed, according to the starting sequence of the fiber laser, first turn on the laser power switch for more than 60 minutes, then turn on the cooler, and finally apply high pressure to the fiber laser until the temperature of the high and low temperature water of the chiller reaches the set temperature ± 1 ° C on the fiber laser.
