Before using the laser cutting machine, we will import the created graphics into the program, and then use the typesetting software to arrange the graphics on the board, so that the laser cutting machine can batch process products. Among them, although the typesetting process is very short, there is a lot of knowledge hidden in it. If the layout is not correct, the cutting effect of the whole board will be greatly affected. Therefore, these are the six main considerations in typesetting.
Operating skills of optical fiber laser cutting machine
1. Corner melting When slowing down the corner of the sheet steel, the laser will melt the corner due to overheating. A small radius is generated at the corner to maintain high speed laser cutting, so as to avoid overheating and melting of steel plates when cutting corners, so as to obtain good cutting quality, reduce cutting time and improve productivity.
2. Common edge cutting is used to cut two or more parts together. Large regular graphics should be edge joined as much as possible. Common edge cutting can greatly shorten the cutting time and save raw materials.
3. After machining and cutting the parts, the skeleton like residues on the worktable of the laser cutting equipment need to be removed as soon as possible to facilitate the subsequent cutting operations. For laser cutting equipment without automatic discharge device, the skeleton shaped residual material can be cut into small pieces to facilitate rapid removal. Therefore, the personal injury caused by the clumsiness of the operator's edge is avoided. Large regular graphics should be edge joined as much as possible. Common edge cutting can greatly shorten the cutting time and save raw materials.
4. Generally, the distance between parts is used to cut thick plates and hot plates. The distance between parts should be larger, because the heating plate has greater thermal effect on the thick plate. When the figure is small, it is easy to burn the edge and affect the cutting quality. 5. Set wires when cutting thicker plates. In order to make the cutting joint good and prevent burns at the beginning and end, a transition line, called lead wire and tail wire, is often introduced at the beginning and end of the cutting. It is useless for the workpiece itself, so it should be arranged outside the scope of the workpiece. At the same time, pay attention not to place the wire at sharp corners and other places that are not easy to dissipate heat. The connection between the wire and the slit shall adopt arc transition as far as possible to make the machine move smoothly and avoid burns caused by corner blocks.
6. Parts collision In order to maximize the production efficiency, many laser cutting equipment operate continuously for 24 hours and use unmanned automatic handling devices. After cutting, they encounter inclined parts, causing damage to the cutting head and production interruption, resulting in greater losses. The following points should be noted when sorting: ① Select a suitable cutting path to bypass the cut parts to reduce collisions. ② Select the best cutting path to reduce cutting time. ③ Connect multiple small parts together automatically or manually. After cutting, the removed parts can be easily disconnected.
