As the laser cutting machine has high power laser, power converter, electromagnetic filter and other sensors, all these components will produce electromagnetic interference to a certain extent.
In order to ensure the stability of the equipment, minimize electromagnetic interference, and avoid a series of failures caused by these interference, the manufacturer of laser cutting machine requires the enterprise to meet the following requirements:
1. The voltage is 220V. If the voltage is out of range or unstable, install a stabilizer.
2. The power socket must conform to the standard of live wire, neutral wire and ground wire;

3. Provide the following reliable grounding measures:
(1) First, find the wetland around the house and dig a 1.5 × 3 square meters deep pit, then insert 1500mm angle steel into the soil, use 330mm flat iron or 8mm screws to connect the conductive elements around the screws by electric welding, tighten the nuts and firmly embed them, and the exposed part should be 2m higher than the ground.
(2) After the grounding is completed, the resistance of the grounding wire measured by the instrument is less than 5 ohms.
(3) The socket that uses resistance measurement, 2.5 screw head on the ground, and other end users' electrical equipment needs to be grounded.
(4) Replace the common leakage protector with a larger leakage protector.
(5) Install a leak free short circuit protector.
(6) Install the transformer in the power room.
4. If the power of large fans and radiators is greater than 750W, separate sockets shall be used for power supply.
