Principle of optical path adjustment of optical fiber laser cutting machine:
By adjusting the angle of the three mirrors, the optical path is finally parallel. The laser head is located at the same point at any position, and finally focuses on the center of the focusing lens. Adjustment method of optical path of optical fiber laser cutting machine: (adjust the current to 4-5ma)
1. Check whether the laser can hit the first reflector. (The method is to cover the first mirror with a plastic sheet, and press the test key to check the position of the laser point). If the laser cannot shine on the first lens, please adjust the position of the first lens.
2. Check whether the laser can be applied to the second and third mirrors. If not, adjust the M1, M2 and M3 screws behind the upper reflector.
3. Paste at least two layers of double-sided tape at the optical entrance of the laser tube, move the laser head to the upper right corner of the workbench, press the test key on the control panel, and then conduct laser alignment.
How to adjust the optical path of the optical fiber laser cutting machine?
4. Move the laser head to the upper left corner, and then make a laser point. Observe whether it is in the same position as the upper right corner. If not, please adjust the M1, M2 and M3 screws of the second reflector. The position of its midpoint is the same as that of the upper right corner.
5. Move the laser head to the lower left corner, check whether the observation point is the same as the upper right corner, and then adjust the second reflector.
6. Adjust repeatedly as described in D and e above, and the last three laser points are at the same position.
7. Check whether the focus is in the center: place a mirror below the vertical part of the focusing mirror, and place (i.e. keep) a transparent plastic sheet near the side of the lens tube below the lens tube. Press the test key to hit the laser to see if the laser point is in the center of the focusing lens. Hold the plastic sheet and be careful of laser burns. Do not put your hand on the vertical plane of the lens.
Note: When adjusting the light path, the M1, M2 and M3 screws of the mirror frame angle should be slightly adjusted each time, and the changes of the light path should be observed.
